The3MC580 digital stepping driver adopts a new generation of DSP technology, whichis suitable for driving three-phase 57/86 stepping motors. Drive voltage:DC20V~50V, maximum drive current 8A. It can set any subdivision within 256 andany current value in rated current to meet the application requirements of mostmedium and small equipment. The internal self tuning function is adopted in thedrive, and the optimum parameters can be automatically generated for differentmotors without manual adjustment, so that the motor performance can beoptimized.

Control signal interface


Pulse input signal: pulse effective edgeadjustable, the default pulse rising edge is valid; in order to respondreliably to pulse signal, pulse width should be greater than 1.2 Mu s.5~24VDC level compatible. Double pulse mode: CW


The direction input signal: high / lowlevel signal, in order to ensure the reliable motor reversing directionsignal should precede the pulse signal of at least 5 s, the initial operationof the direction of motor related motor winding connection, swap any phasewinding (such as A+, A- exchange) can change the initial motor runningdirection. 5~24VDC level compatible. Double pulse mode: CCW


Enable control signals for enabling ordisabling drive output. When the ENA is connected to a low level (or aninternal optocoupler), the driver will cut off the current in each phase ofthe motor so that the motor is in a free state and does not respond to steppulses. When this function is not required, the signal is left unconnected.5~24VDC level compatible.
